The Auction Cycle:
1. Bi-weekly, a new list of equipment is posted to this site.
2. The list is posted Friday evening and remains open until Wednesday, July 17th at 1:30 PM PST.
3. Viewing appointments are available on Monday, Tuesday from 9-4 PM and Wednesday 9-1 PM PST, please contact via email lquach@auctionbdi.com or call (408) 955-7900 ext. 81 to make an appointment.

Selling your Equipment:
Many old pieces of equipment still have value. Every week more than 100 sales lots are posted on our website. More than a thousand businesses have used our service to sell their excess and obsolete equipment. Thousands of buyers have signed up to participant in our weekly auction
since 1993.
Auction Consignment Process:
Call us to schedule a pickup in the S.F Bay Area. Our drivers will load your material and give you a receipt. We will sort your material by marketable and recycle condition at our location. All marketable items will be auctioned and a monthly detail settlement
report and check will be mailed to you. The revenue sharing is usually split equally.
Donate your Proceeds:
Donate your proceeds directly to our Community Partner the Second Harvest Food Bank (SHFB). When you schedule a pickup, be sure to mention the SHFB and we will automatically send the net proceeds from the sale of your equipment directly to the SHFB. The pickup receipt contains tax-deductible information for your records and a thank you letter from the SHFB will be mailed to you acknowledging your generous contribution. With the money that is donated, two meals are served for every dollar donated.
Bidding Notice:
The system increments bids by $1 over the second highest bidder until it reaches your high bid value. Example: If you placed a minimum bid of $25 and a High bid of $100 and another bidder places a high bid of $75, your bid will be increased to $76.
